SOCIAL IMPACT
Every project gives back to Indonesia.
A fixed share of every assignment goes to a good cause in Indonesia. Below, see what we did per project, with photos and partners.

The next project
We support schools and local initiatives in Indonesia continuously. The next report appears here once that project is under way.
WHY WE DO THIS
Impact isn't a side project, it's why we exist
OneMinded is built on the connection between the Netherlands and Indonesia. Our developers work from Jakarta, but the value they create reaches beyond code alone.
We believe companies have a responsibility to the communities where they operate. Not as a marketing story, but as a foundation of how we work.
ONEMINDED FOUNDATION
Where our contribution goes
Education
Access to education for children and young people in communities where this is not a given.
Local initiatives
Support for projects that have a direct impact on the daily lives of communities.
Sustainable development
Investing in projects that bring lasting change, not just short-term aid.
HOW IT WORKS
From collaboration to impact
You work with OneMinded
Whether you choose a dedicated developer or a full project, every collaboration contributes.
We reserve part of the profit
A percentage of every collaboration goes to the OneMinded Foundation.
The Foundation invests locally
We work with local partners to invest in education and community projects in Indonesia.
"We don't just build software. We build a model where growth and giving go hand in hand."
