Cookie Policy

Which cookies oneminded.nl sets, what each is for, how long they are kept, and how to change your preferences.

What this covers

This is what oneminded.nl keeps in your browser, what for, and how to change it. It is short because there is little to tell: we use what the site needs in order to work, and — only if you agree — a measure of which pages get visited.

You make that choice in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change it any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or the button at the top of this one.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a site keeps in your browser. Some are needed to make the site work, others measure how it is used. Not everything that measures is a cookie: some techniques work in your browser's storage without setting one. We ask for those too, because the distinction is technical and not something you should have to care about.

The four categories

Necessary. Keeps your language choice and remembers this cookie choice itself. The site does not work without them, so there is nothing to decide here.

Preferences. Small conveniences that remember what you set on the site. We use nothing for this today.

Statistics. Measures which pages get visited. This covers Umami and Vercel Analytics.

Marketing. Advertising and campaign measurement. We use nothing for this today. The category is here so your choice is already on record when that changes.

What we actually use

Umami counts page views and sets no cookies. It does keep something in your browser's storage; decline statistics and that is cleared immediately.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure visitor counts and load speed. They set no cookies either, and they do not load until you have allowed statistics.

Nothing else. There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixel, and no partner watching on our behalf. Where this page previously said otherwise, it was wrong.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, or the button at the top of this one. Turning something off takes effect at once: the script is removed from the page and what it stored is cleared. Nothing needs reloading.

Your choice is stored in a single cookie, om_consent, and lasts twelve months. If the categories change, we ask again. Scrolling or clicking away does not count as consent: without a choice, only the necessary ones are on.

You can also block or clear cookies through your browser settings. That works, but it is blunter: it affects every site you visit.
